  • Sustainability – with solar panels installed, zero waste to landfill, and a reduction in emissions, we’ve raised the bar on environmental governance.

  • People-first culture – for the second year running, we’ve been recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work, with 96% team satisfaction.

  • Client impact – 100% satisfaction in our annual study for the fourth year in a row, with clients continuing to reflect how we feel - that we're an extension of their team.

Looking Ahead

Our predicted B Corp re-verification score shows significant improvements across almost every pillar, with gains in governance, environment, community and customer impact. 2026 will see us:

  • Building environmental OKRs into every role.

  • Conducting a full supplier audit.

  • Driving growth to reintroduce bonuses.

  • Continuing to support purposeful clients and campaigns.
